This class allows the mind-body-spirit connection to emerge and promote health and well-being. Gentle yoga postures flow with a trauma-sensitive awareness.

Maureen holds the highest international certification as a yoga therapist as wel as Phoenix Rising certification for yoga therapy. She has been trained by trauma expert Bessel van der Kolk to offer this type of yoga.
