CLASS 1: A Holistic Approach to Fertility

Children grow up so quickly into little humans... our vision is to create an intentional series of classes that start at the very beginnings of motherhood, even before conception, your intention to become a mother (parent). We will focus on the wellbeing and spiritual aspects through all parts of motherhood.

***While this 6 part series of workshops are generalized toward mothers and motherhood, the actual act of “motherhood” extends far beyond a woman and a child. Fathers, caregivers, and childcare professionals are welcome to experience any or all of this journey into the beautiful adventure through parenthood.***

- Intentional practices, tips, and encouragement to support you in a holistic journey through mother(parent)hood.

- Reiki Energy Healing, crystals, teas, herbs, essential oils, healing foods, meditation, self care tips and more!
