“How to Deal With Grief at the Holidays”
The holidays are a difficult time for people trying to cope with loss.
This program with Michelle Pellin, ((MS, MA, LPC) offers support to those coming to terms with a loss, especially at a time of year when there is so much pressure to be happy. Join us for ways to cope,
and to know you are not alone.
Michelle Pellin is licensed as a professional counselor in the state of CT. She holds two masters: one in behavioral medicine and health psychology, and the other in human services and counseling.
Michelle specializes in stress, anxiety, depression and parenting issues. She has worked with Healing Hearts Grief Support Group for individuals who have lost loved ones suddenly or tragically.
