A Free, fun presentation about how to really enjoy the holidays with less stress . Presented by Lisa Catherine and Gina Barbetta MS, RD, CDN, Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist and Reiki Master/Teacher.

Stress management is an integral part of healthy living. This can be particularly challenging around the holidays. This class will discuss the basics of the stress response and how our body reacts to chronic stress. We will discuss the importance of nutrition, mind/body therapies and relaxation techniques to manage stress.
