This two-hour interactive class will begin with explanation of the chakras. We will test your chakras for imbalances. Then we will have a guided meditation with Reiki to help clear and balance your chakras. We will discuss food, essential oils and crystals for each chakra. You will make and take your own Chakra essential oil roller bottle. You will have a roller bottle and a crystal to take home.
