Are you looking for a fun way to reduce stress, tension, anxiety and have fun at the same time? Come join Elizabeth once a month for this Women’s Only Drumming Circle.

With the healing effects of the drum feel the negative feelings, emotions and blocks just slip away with each beat of the drum. No experience is necessary. Feel free to bring your own drums, rattles, shakers or whatever you have to add to the fun and healing of this evening.

We will be holding this session the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 for only $20 a session. And weather permitting we will enjoy the evening outside “under the stars.” Pre-registration is appreciated by emailing Elizabeth at Totalinsightllc@aol.com
