Singing is a very beneficial part of wellbeing. Whether we do it well or barely stay in tune, singing helps us reconnect to our hearts while soothing our souls.
Arlene Tessman (singer/songwriter) will lead an interactive class which will explore the power of the voice through chants, songs and relaxation techniques in order to bring about more happiness and joy into our lives.
No experience is necessary. All Are Welcome!
