Now more than ever, we all need meditation. Whether for stress relief, focus and creative problem solving, enhanced physical health or a combination, the peace and calm of meditation awaits you. Join us for your weekly escape into yourself and the cosmos as we explore different styles of meditation from around the world. Each class will include grounding and centering exercises, a meditation and chance for voluntary group discussion of our shared but individual experience.
