The day’s practical work will consist of:
Setting up your Sacred Space
Preliminary breathing exercise for 9 breaths
Setting up the grid
Using Earth Elements in the room as extra helpers
Water Element
Grounding your client and yourself after you do a body scan.
Working your male and female sides of the brain in simple rhythms while incorporating the head and feet with the elements or sounds.
Working the bridge techniques between the moments
Creating the Space
Working with the Air
Do you need to add Fire Element for deep cleansing in your client.
The Call Back procedures
The importance of observation
Optional Call Back methods if your client went really deep and they are not responding to the initial Call Back
Closing of the Sacred Space.

Tuition is $250 and comes with materials and Certificate for the level achieved.
Previous training with singing bowls is required from another teacher or myself.
