This workshop will explore the Fall and Winter Direction of the Indigenous Medicine Wheel. Though many feel the darkness as a sad, depressing, lonely and difficult time, we will explore the depth of what the darkness holds with meditation and creativity. This can be a very rich and productive introspective time for art, journaling and writing.
The Medicine Wheel will be explained as it relates to our wholeness - the Wheel can serve as a guide to a holistic way of living and helps us to connect with nature and ourselves as part of nature.
An art project will be offered, with all materials provided. No prior art experience is necessary.
