I’m Kristen Elisabeth of Kristen Elisabeth LLC and I’m a Spiritual and Energy Coach, a Frequency Artist, and experienced channeler.

This circle is geared towards anyone who wants to meet like-minded individuals and discuss their spiritual experiences or any other experience that they would like to discuss.

Kristen Elisabeth is a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Spiritual and Energy Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, an Energy Medicine Practitioner - Intermediate Level, and Animal Communicator. She also holds a BA in design from the University of San Francisco (2012) (graphic design), has experience in college level fine arts courses such as multiple levels of drawing, painting, sculpture, clay work, and 3-D, as well as years of experience in playing music. She is also an experienced Channeler and has “practiced” Channeling over the last three years in conjunction to deep Shadow Work.
