What is the Chitta Cleanse Technique (CCT)?
In Sanskrit, chitta is the warehouse of stored emotions, traumas, impressions and experiences obtained throughout our life. It is our subconscious. In a chitta cleanse, we are gently guided through the process of uncovering those stored emotions in order to break free of negative patterns and blocks preventing us from obtaining our goals and reaching our true potential.

Who created it?
The Chitta Cleanse Technique (CCT) was created by Vedaji, the former head of a monastery in India who learned various techniques through his lifetime of yoga training and by applying those same techniques to himself. Through processing his own trauma, he was able to heal himself and realized that his life purpose is to serve others through selfless service (seva).

After a global launch of online chitta cleanse group Zoom sessions, we are excited to announce that a new chitta cleanse group will form in July. These weekly Zoom sessions are designed to go deep into the chitta with the support of a non-judgmental, loving community in a confidential setting. Beginning July 17, a new group will be held weekly. Open to any location.
