Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb & fingers on reflex areas in the hands and feet to relieve stress & tension to improve blood and nerve supply.
Reiki is a hands-on healing using “universal energy” to encourage emotional and physical healing.

Both healing modalities helps to relieve stress, tension and anxiety. You will walk away feeling very relaxed.
