Reboot your system with an elemental chakra cleanse sound healing meditation on Saturday, August 10th at The Red Barn in Durham. Relax in the SoulShine Salt Cavern in zero gravity chairs while receiving a salt session alongside a guided sound meditation. We will be working with the Elemental Chakra system, which consists of 5 energy centers. They are linked to specific elements, organs, sounds, emotions, and colors. A guided meditation will bring you through each chakra with specific suggestions for clearing, harmonizing, and activating.
