I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and my specialty is helping clients to identify and move through the unresolved issues that prevent them from living a peaceful life.  

My training is rooted in family systems therapy and I have 18 years of experience working with clients in child and family agencies, the judicial system and private practice settings. I am also a certified Life Coach having been trained in a methodology based on a foundation of deep personal reflection and growth.

While this experience grounds my therapeutic approach, I bring to the process direct experience as well. I have done the same “inner work” for myself that I guide others through. This is what allows me to be truly present for my clients and to create a safe and compassionate environment for healing and lasting change to occur.

While I have experience working with clients of all ages and life stages, I specialize in helping couples work through the growing pains all relationships face from time to time as well as more complex issues such as infidelity, grief and loss, divorce and co-parenting.
