Maureen Lewis has always been an intuitive empath with a calling to help others and she has found holistic practices including intuitive readings, reiki, and sound healing to be wonderful techniques for promoting relaxation of the mind, body, and spirit.

You may select an individual service or work with Maureen to create a custom package based on your goals to fully immerse yourself in the healing power of intuition, sound, and intuition.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle “hands-on” relaxation technique in which the practitioner’s

hands are placed along energy centers and pathways along the   body. The client remains fully clothed. The technique, which originated in Japan, is based on the idea that everything is made up of energy and this life force energy flows around and through us, nourishing our cells, organs, and glands.

What is Sound Healing? Sound Healing is an ancient holistic practice that uses sound waves to relax the body and bring it into a parasympathetic state that restores health. Instruments, music, and other sonic vibrations may be used during a session to balance and restore the body, mind, and spirit.

​Chakra Testing and Balancing: Reiki and sound are effective techniques to assist in unblocking and balancing each chakra so energy can flow freely and openly through the body. Maureen’s skill set includes chakra testing clearing and balancing.
