Breathe - Four Weeks of Meditative Breath Work

Welcome to BREATHE a 4 Week Meditative Breathwork Series! During these 4 weeks you will be shown how to use your breath to relax, slow down and navigate emotions that may rise up in your life. Each week we will focus on a theme and practice different breaths while receiving salt therapy. This is an invitation to explore yourself and connect deeper into selfcare.

Series starts October 25th and will meet weekly on Fridays 6-7pm at Soulshine Salt Cavern in Durham, CT.
