Raising Your Vibration

If you’ve been in the Spiritual Community at least for a short while, you’ve probably heard something about “raise your vibration”, or “be aware of your vibration”. What does it actually mean?
Well, in my opinion, there isn’t just one meaning, it’s a super broad perspective.
So what is vibration? Well, it’s energy vibrating at a specific frequency. Anything that is more dense is a lower vibration. Lower vibrations are fear, worry, shame, guilt, hopelessness, grief. Not to worry, in the universe we exist in, we experience the law of polarity. We have the capacity to experience the whole gamut of frequencies. Higher vibrations are love, bliss, joy, elation.
The physical world is a much lower density, which is why everything appears physical to our eyes. Many people are experiencing the world in a 3-dimensional way. The world is completely physical and time and space are concrete.
As you make your way into 4-D and 5-D, your experience of the physical world expands. The world is no longer strictly physical. The world is energetic and the concept of time and space start to lose meaning. Imagine being able to think something into existence and within an instant, it appears. That’s how simple it is when experiencing higher dimensions.
To me, I perceive dimensions as levels of perceptions. It’s all happening at once and at different levels of perceptions, you can see different things. That’s why mediums can connect with loved ones who have crossed over and people can access their guides, angels, archangels, ascended masters, ETs, and other planets. It’s basically a “phone call away”.
To me, higher vibration is synonymous with higher levels of perception, expanded consciousness, oneness, unity consciousness.
So basically by raising your vibration, you may start seeing the “world” in a different way and experiencing life in a different way. But the question is how can you do that?
There are many important habits that can assist:
Self-care
Setting boundaries
Being really aware of what you want
Meditation
Exploring eat habits
Drinking plenty of Water
Exercise
Nature
Exploring Life/Exploring Spirituality
Good Sleeping Habits
Do what you love
Relationships
All these things I listed are just things that you can start with. It’s really about finding what works for you and going for it.
If there is one thing I suggest on this journey is to find support – whether it be a therapist, a coach, a healer, some type of doctor, etc, but know that not everyone has all the answers, and you have the potential to find many of your answers within as well. It takes solid work and responsibility to uncover the powerful masterpiece that is YOU!
Some deeper exploration would entail delving into belief systems, understanding why you believe what you believe, and decide if that works for you anymore. Deeply understanding old patterns and what’s not working can be very healing.
When you let go of lower vibrational experiences, you can release that energy, and it no longer controls you on a subconscious level. This allows you to raise your vibration and ascend into unity consciousness. This type of work is deeper and it is always recommended to have multiple points of support.
Some people need this deeper work and some people have no desire and that’s okay. We are on our own path and we each make our own choices about what we’d like our life to look like and it’s all valid.
